Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Zanele's son, Unathi, who is struggling with drug addiction. Lord, we know that you are a God of deliverance and healing, and we ask that you intervene in Unathi's life. Your Word says in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
We pray, Lord, that you would break the chains of addiction that have bound Unathi. We ask for your supernatural intervention to remove the desire for drugs from his heart and mind. Fill him with your Holy Spirit, Lord, and replace his cravings with a hunger for righteousness and a desire to live a life that brings glory to your name.
We also pray for strength and wisdom for Zanele as she supports her son through this difficult time. Give her the words to speak and the actions to take that will lead Unathi towards healing and restoration. Surround them both with a community of believers who can offer support, encouragement, and accountability.
Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for you. We believe that you can transform Unathi's life and set him free from the bondage of addiction. We trust in your unfailing love and mercy, knowing that you are faithful to answer our prayers according to your perfect will.
