Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Luis, who is struggling with addiction and feeling unworthy to approach you. Lord, we lift up Luis to you and ask for your divine intervention in his life. We know that you are a God of mercy and grace, and that you are able to save and deliver those who come to you in faith.
Your Word assures us that Jesus came to call sinners to repentance, and that He is able to save them to the uttermost. We pray that you would draw Luis near to you, even in the midst of his struggles. Help him to understand that it is not his own strength or worthiness that will bring about change, but it is through the power and love of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that you remove the desire for addiction from Luis's life. Take away the cravings and the bondage that he feels, and replace it with a deep hunger and thirst for righteousness. Help him to turn to you in prayer, just as the prodigal son turned to his father in humility and repentance.
We pray that you would surround Luis with a community of believers who can support and encourage him on this journey. Give him the courage to reach out for help and to seek guidance from those who can provide the necessary resources and support.
Lord, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to answer our prayers. We pray that you would transform Luis's life, bringing healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
