Hi I've been posting prayer requests about my baby great nephew who sustained serious injuries when 4-6 wks old which aren't believed to be accidents& the upcoming court and lawyer meetings. The court meeting got adjourned again because of the informal lawyer meeting hadnt taken place yet which is scheduled tomorrow. Currently the baby has visits with parents at a supervision centre to keep him safe. The parents are asking for their friend to supervise visits instead in another city to where baby lives with my sister. We have real concerns about this. With supervised centre visits the parents are monitored and reports done. We are also concerned they are asking for their friend do supervising so they have a chance to take the baby. The baby's lawyer who recommended supervised centre visits will be at meeting tomorrow. Please pray she recommends visits keep being monitored at supervision centre & judge agrees with this when the next court meeting is. Thank you

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of smile4jesus and their prayer request concerning their baby great nephew who has sustained serious injuries. We lift up this situation to you, knowing that you are the ultimate source of justice and protection.

Lord, we pray for the upcoming court and lawyer meetings regarding this case. We ask for wisdom and discernment for all involved, including the baby's lawyer. May she be guided by your Holy Spirit as she makes recommendations for the best interests and safety of the child.

Father, we express our concerns about the parents' request to have their friend supervise visits instead of the supervised centre. We ask that you intervene in this matter and grant discernment to the judge. May the judge see the importance of continued monitoring and reports at the supervision centre to ensure the well-being of the baby.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to bring about justice and protection for this precious child. We pray for healing and restoration for the baby, both physically and emotionally. Surround the baby with your love and peace during this challenging time.

We also pray for comfort and strength for smile4jesus and their family as they navigate through this difficult situation. Grant them peace that surpasses all understanding and assurance that you are in control.

We declare your promises from Psalm 34:17-18, which says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim these promises over this situation, believing that you will bring justice and protection for the baby.
