Hi I've been asking for prayers about my baby great-nephew that my sister (his aunt) has to get custody of him as between 4-6wks old he sustained serious injuries, he's doing well but his parents' behaviour is of concern and it's not believed the injuries were accidents - police still investigating. The parents have been having supervised visits with baby at a professional supervision centre but want their friend to supervise instead, there are many factors why this would be bad but especially as he has a police charge for driving after his licence was suspended by police & baby's grandparents are aware this friend is known to take drugs. The baby's lawyer is planning to meet with the parents and the friend tomorrow. Please pray the baby's lawyer finds friend unsuitable and the supervised visits remain at professional supervision centre. Really appreciate prayers.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the situation of this precious baby great nephew. Lord, You see the concerns and the circumstances surrounding his care. We ask for Your divine intervention and protection over this little one.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for the baby's lawyer as they meet with the parents and their friend tomorrow. May the lawyer see clearly the unsuitability of the friend for supervision, especially given the concerning factors such as the police charge and drug use. We ask that the decision be made to keep the supervised visits at the professional supervision center, ensuring the safety and well-being of the baby.

Lord, we also pray for the ongoing police investigation. May the truth come to light, and may justice be served. We ask for Your peace and comfort to surround the baby's grandparents and all family members involved. Give them strength and courage during this challenging time.

We trust in Your unfailing love and protection, Lord. We know that You care deeply for this child and have a plan for his life. We place him in Your hands, believing that You will guide and protect him.
