Hi I’m paula I had my tenant January 2020. She was a tenant from hell I was manhandled and gun point... arrears R35000... she move out so I got to get a lawyer to get my money No I got this guy from Ruanda... move in last July 2020 pay wen they want to pay utilities &rent there lease Agreement Ended So I got lots to pay and they lie ea time I pay and they don’t I’m a pensioner that my only income Please pray that Farouk &Shafiek pay me thank you paula
