Hi, im feeling rather rejected at the moment, i am a shy person so it takes me a while to get the courage to talk to people, but every time i do at the moment people either dont reply to me -via email or face to face or i get nasty comments- my counselor has told me i need to start talking to people but with this sort of response

im not feeling like im capable of doing that anymore,,prayers of help or support please.
