Hi, I would love to request a prayer for our current situation. We are days away from completion day of buying our first house, however we just found out that the electrics are unsatisfactory, and the house needs rewiring. We’re looking at £5-7K, and tried to negotiate the price reduction, but the seller is refusing to come down. Can you please pray that the seller will be fair about this and agree to come down in price? Thank you so much!
