Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Dean Mathers who is struggling with a long-term illness. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." We stand on this promise and ask for Your healing touch to be upon Dean.
Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases." We ask that You would bring complete restoration to Dean's body, mind, and spirit.
Father, we also pray for strength and endurance for Dean as he continues to deal with this illness. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Grant Dean the perseverance to keep moving forward, trusting in Your unfailing love and grace.
We ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Dean's heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround him with Your presence, and let him feel Your comfort and care each day.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, and we give You all the glory and honor.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
