Hi. I live in a flat where my next-door neighbour had his heat pump/air con installed in front of my flat slightly to the side. The noise when it is on drives me nuts. I never got to say "What about the noise?" before it was installed. I was too scared. I had no say in the matter. I can't shift, I have no where to go. I just wish it had never been installed there. I am a turning into a nervous wreck worrying about when it could next be turned on. Or whoever moves in next one-day how many hours they will run it. I cry and cry a lot about the whole situation.
