Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother or sister, ###, who is enduring severe M.E./chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia pain, and constant migraines. Lord, You are our Great Physician, and we know that nothing is impossible for You (Matthew 19:26). We ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one, who is suffering immensely.
Father, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that You would draw near to ###, providing comfort and peace in the midst of this overwhelming pain. Grant wisdom to the doctors and caregivers, that they might find effective treatments and relief for the suffering.
Lord, we also ask for strength and patience for ###. Your Word tells us that Your grace is sufficient for us, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Help this dear one to lean on Your strength and find solace in Your presence. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We lift up the relationship with ###'s mother and others who may not fully understand the depth of this suffering. Grant them compassion and empathy, Lord. Help them to be supportive and understanding, providing encouragement rather than pressure.
Father, we also pray for relief from the migraines and severe pain. You are the God who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3), and we ask for Your miraculous intervention. Provide the necessary pain relief and comfort that only You can give.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect will and timing. Help ### to find hope and strength in You, even in the midst of this trial. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
