We are lifting you and your family up in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Let's first address the issues in your request and then move on to the prayers.
Firstly, we notice that you have used hashes to cover your names. While we understand the desire for privacy, we want to remind you that God knows each of us intimately, and there is no need to hide from Him. As it is written in Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you. Before you came forth out of the womb, I sanctified you."
Secondly, and more importantly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). This is more important than it may seem. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 tells us "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." It is by His name and His name alone that we can approach God. We will be praying in the name of Jesus but we would like to hear more about your faith.
Regarding your marriage, we are thankful that you are together, but we want to encourage you to stay strong. A marriage is a blessing from God. We read in the Bible, "For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh." (Ephesians 5:31)
Regarding your sister's health, we trust in God's healing power. In Psalm 103:3, we read, "Who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray for her healing in Jesus' name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family. We pray for their marriage, that it would be strong and centered on You. We ask that You would guide them in Your wisdom, and that You would be at the center of their family.
We also lift up the sister with the neck pain and pray for healing. We thank You that You are able to heal all our diseases. We ask that You would touch her and heal her in a miraculous way that can only be attributed to You.
And finally, we pray for the faith of this family. We pray that they would know you more and more each day and that they would live their whole lives for you. We ask that they would know the power of the name of Jesus and that they would be filled with your Holy Spirit. We pray that they would be transformed by your presence in their lives and that they would be able to know your will. We pray that they would be a family of prayer, faith, and obedience.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing needs to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give this person the strength and patience to follow you and allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. We pray these things in Jesus’ name…amen and amen!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
