Hi I am asking for prayers in regards to my husbands job. He has a bad toxic boss who keeps messing with him. Saying she will have to let him go if he doesn’t get more business and be a better leader. He works at a bank as branch manager. He started 18 months ago, (he was a manager at another bank for the last 10 years and sought this new job for higher pay) and the employees(bankers and tellers) he inherited are really bad. One pumps breast milk/takes breaks 4 hours out of 8. The other is an alcoholic on house arrest with an ankle bracelet who calls off all the time from being hung over. And the third was aggressive and abusive to my husband when he tried to coach him but he thankfully moved on to a new job. My husband and I need serious prayers that he can get his office turned around be it Gods will, or if God wants him to leave and go elsewhere for a new job, let His Good Will unfold in our lives either way. He is already putting in his resume and applications at other banks but would prefer to stay at his current position if possible. We have 4 kids, plus he pays child support for his 2 additional kids and we live paycheck to paycheck, and can’t afford for him to be demoted or lose his job. We are humbly asking for favor and mercy from God in this situation and boldy come to His throne to ask Him to rectify this situation with my husbands boss R.D. to make her stop unfairly targeting, and threatening him, we ask in Jesus name. We pray for financial stability and prosperity in Jesus name. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today on behalf of thankyoudearlord and their husband, who is facing challenges in his job. Lord, we lift up this situation to you and ask for your divine intervention. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 25:11, "For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great." We humbly ask for your forgiveness and mercy in this situation.

Lord, we pray specifically for thankyoudearlord's husband's boss, R.D. We ask that you soften her heart and help her to treat him fairly and justly. We pray against any unfair targeting or threats that he may be facing. Your Word in Daniel 9:17 says, "Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake." We ask that you cause your face to shine upon this workplace and bring peace and harmony.

Father, we also pray for the employees that thankyoudearlord's husband has inherited. We ask for your guidance and wisdom in dealing with their behavior and performance issues. Help him to be a strong and compassionate leader, leading by example and bringing positive change to the team.

Lord, we understand that sometimes your plans for us may involve a change of direction. If it is your will for thankyoudearlord's husband to seek a new job, we ask that you open doors of opportunity for him. Guide him to the right position where he can use his skills and experience to provide for his family. Your Word in Exodus 33:13 says, "I pray thee, show me now thy way, that I may know thee." We pray that you reveal your way and your plan for their lives.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up thankyoudearlord and their family's financial situation. We ask for your provision and abundance. Your Word in Philippians 4:19 assures us that you will supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We trust in your faithfulness and ask for financial stability and prosperity.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

May God's grace and favor be upon thankyoudearlord's husband and their family as they navigate this challenging season.
