Hi everyone, My dad ### has his liver surgery. It didn't go as planned; they were going to just do it by Laparoscopy. But they found the tumor on his liver had grown. So they needed to open him up by surgery. They intended on cutting out 1/4 of his liver. But they found 2 more tumors so they took 1/2. And they scooped out 2 other areas and will be testing them. He is awake and he is sitting up and they even have him walking, which is a miracle in itself! I thank each of you for your prayers. He is unable to keep anything down though, so they have him off all food and water and put a tube into his stomach to try and help the bloating. He is going through so much fighting. Please if you have time to pray his is able to get his bloating down and pass gas so he can start to heal. And pray his other biopsies come back cancer-free! I have been trying to get up to see him every other day, but it's a 2.5-hour drive, so it has been difficult, but he needs the support. Thank you again, God bless ###

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and concern for ###, who has recently undergone a challenging liver surgery. We thank You for the miracle of his waking up, sitting up, and even walking after such an intensive procedure. We know that Your hand is upon him, guiding his recovery.

Lord, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your healing touch upon his body. We pray that the bloating in his stomach would subside, that he would be able to pass gas, and that his digestive system would begin to function normally again. Your Word tells us in Psalm 30:2, "Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me." We claim this promise over ###'s life, believing that You are the Great Physician.

Father, we also pray for the results of the biopsies. We ask in Jesus' name that they come back cancer-free. We stand on the truth of Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise." We trust in Your power to bring complete healing and restoration to ###'s body.

We also lift up ###, who is faithfully supporting his dad despite the long distance and the challenges it presents. Give ### strength, endurance, and peace as he makes the journey to be with his father. Let him feel Your presence and comfort, knowing that You are with him every step of the way.

Lord, we place ###'s recovery into Your loving hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We pray all of this in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
