Hi everyone, I have been having knee problems and I’m trying to learn a new job and it’s a little frustrating. Please pray for me! I know the Lord will come through! God bless you all in Jesus name!

God place Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. And God please strengthen each of us to always walk in the character and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure. Lord God Almighty please build up knees to hold up. In the name of Jesus mercy and help to work and thrive pain free please help. Amen.

Try pain cream, Ibuprofen, a Cortisone shot would clear it up. Dropping pounds helps the knees like magic. Exercises for the hips, glutes, ankles, torso- even body areas above the knees - can lend support and mobility to the knees.

I have tricky knees too. Thinking of you and talking to the Lord for you
