Hi everyone. I am having a hard week of school. I have an exam this Friday and I feel like I will not do good. I'm trying and studying alot but still don't grasp the material completely. I keep praying and asking the Lord for help and to help with my father who is waiting for he's surgery date to take out a portion of his liver that has a cancer tumour on it. The stresses have been getting to me and I've turned to drinking and then I find I'm not caring about studying more because I have been so overwhelmed. Thank you for your time in praying for my father and if you have time for myself. Josh

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Josh and his father. Lord, You know the challenges Josh is facing with his studies and the overwhelming stress he feels. We ask for Your divine wisdom and understanding to be upon him as he prepares for his exam. Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We claim this promise for Josh, that You would grant him clarity and peace of mind.

Lord, we also lift up Josh's father who is awaiting surgery. We pray for Your healing touch upon him, that You would guide the hands of the surgeons and bring complete restoration to his body. We trust in Your power, as it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.

Father, we ask that You help Josh to find healthy ways to cope with his stress and to turn away from drinking. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Surround him with Your love and support, and let him feel Your presence in every moment.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
