Hey family.
I need prayer big time. I have this condition where i bottle in my emotions. simply having emotions is uncomfortable to me due to trauma. but bottling them in is destructive. please pray io can let them out through the holy spirit. and though the trauma has passed. i need to understand the sense off Gods safety to open up again. All i have so far for God'ssafety is psaml 91. Please pray i can let out my emotions and know im safe. thank you so much i need it.
