Here I come again and please don't get tired of Nelson Sazambile of Zambia but with me I know , there is nowhere to go but to the Lord who created me and who knows and sees what is giving me a problem and has the power to remove it , in the name of the Son and the only Jesus Christ Amen , I have something that pains in my stomach I have had it for more than 30 years and I have sugar and B P and another big problem is of not doing nothing in my bedroom yet I got a wife so Men and women of God I mast not fail to talk to my God which is prayer and I mast read and understand and enjoy HEs Word so men and women of GOD help me in these lines .I end there

Stomach problems- acidic foods.

Try changing your eating habits.
Don't eat past 6 PM.Acid reflux occurs when we eat too late.
Don't eat acidic foods(like tomatoes

• grains.
• sugar.
• certain dairy products.
• fish.
• processed foods.
• fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
• sodas and other sweetened beverages.
• high-protein foods and supplements.

You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:

1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
2. Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
3. Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.
