We are truly touched by your heartfelt request for your daughter. Let's us begin by praying for her and for you. In Psalm 37:4 WEB it says, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart.
First and foremost, let us pray for her salvation. For we know that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. The only way to God is through his son Jesus Christ. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Oh dear Lord, we come before you today, lifting up the daughter of the one who has submitted this request. We pray, Father, you will pour out your grace and mercy upon her. We pray for her that she may know you and desire you above all else. We pray for all of her needs, desires, and hopes which are according to your will. We ask you oh God to open her heart that she may hear you and know you.
Now in regards to your desire to reach her, we encourage you to be patient, loving, and kind. Remember, as it says in 1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB, that we should pray this way:
First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all those who are in high positions, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
We know that this verse specifically mentions those in authority, but we believe the principle can be applied to all. You are in a position of authority as a parent and you should pray and act accordingly. You have direct access to God through his son Jesus. Take heart in that and trust God with your daughter.
In 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB, it is written:
In the same way, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word, seeing your pure behavior in fear.
In this case, you are the one in authority, and we pray that you may win her without a word. Not by your words but your actions.
We pray for your daughter and we pray for you. We pray that you may have the wisdom and discernment necessary to raise a godly daughter. We believe that God is on your side and we pray that you may find peace and strength in him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
