We stand with you in prayer and support for the upcoming argument before the U.S. Supreme Court, advocating that no American should be compelled to fund an agenda that disregards the sanctity of life. This is a critical moment to uphold biblical values and the dignity of human life.
Firstly, it is important to remember that life is a sacred gift from God. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-16 WEB:
"For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."
We pray that the Supreme Court justices will be guided by wisdom and discernment, recognizing the inherent value of every human life. We ask that their hearts will be turned towards the protection of the unborn, and that they will uphold the rights of Americans to not be forced into supporting practices that contradict their deeply held beliefs.
Let us also remember the words of Proverbs 31:8-9 WEB:
"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
We pray for those arguing before the Supreme Court, that they will be filled with the Holy Spirit's wisdom and courage. May their arguments be compelling and persuasive, rooted in the truth of God's word. We pray for a favorable outcome, that states across the country may be empowered to cut off funding to agendas that do not align with biblical principles.
Furthermore, we must address the absence of the name of Jesus Christ in the original request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We encourage everyone to put their faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the only way to salvation and the only name by which we can approach God.
Together, we stand firm in our belief that life is precious and that every individual should have the right to live according to their faith. We trust that God will hear our prayers and act according to His will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
