We are here to intercede and provide guidance based on scripture. We are glad that this request was submitted in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we can approach God the Father.
Firstly, let's clarify that the term "partner" is not used in scripture to describe a person who is a boyfriend or girlfriend. The biblical concept of a lifelong commitment is marriage, which is something deeply honored by God. Being a boyfriend or girlfriend should be a form of courtship with the goal of building a future marriage with another Christian believer.
It's encouraging to hear that both of you are strong believers. However, we need to address something very important here. Even in the midst of any challenges, the Bible is clear that God hates divorce. It is also clear that sex before marriage is fornication. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, Flee sexual immorality(WEB). Every other sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
We need to understand that God's timing is indeed perfect, and He uses various situations to shape us and draw us closer to Him. Psalm 32:8 WEB says, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. It's crucial to stay in prayer and in the Word, seeking God's will together.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is seeking Your guidance in her relationship. We ask, Lord, that You grant her wisdom and discernment to understand Your will. Help her to trust in Your perfect timing and to act according to Your plan.
If there is any sexual immorality between them, chastise and forgive them, Lord. Convict them through the Holy Spirit to flee immorality and to keep their bodies as holy temples of the Holy Spirit. We pray that their relationship will be pure and holy, pleasing to You, Lord.
If this relationship is not Your will, Father, we ask that You give her the strength to walk away and trust in Your plan for her future. If it is this man, we ask that You will bind them together in purity and holiness, with the goal of a Godly marriage. We ask that You bless this relationship, giving it a future, with the goal being a lifelong commitment of marriage.
We also pray for her partner, that You guide him and give all the necessary tools to be the spiritual head of the home he desires to build with our sister.
Help them both to live in purity, trusting in You, Lord. We pray that though this relationship will be tried, it will be the proper decision before God. We pray for their humbleness and humility in this relationship to trust You, Lord.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
