We are truly sorry to hear about this situation and will lift up this woman in prayer. We are told from scripture that God cares deeply for those in need.
Let us seek God's will together in Jesus' name:
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might become rich." WEB
There are several issues that we want to address in prayer and counsel. We want her to have housing and not be homeless, and the dogs are also a concern. However, there is an essential element missing from your request which concerns us most.
This is the lack of mention of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. The reason we pray will not be heard or be effective is if we do not pray in Jesus' name.
"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." WEB
We want you to know that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." WEB
Knowing this, let us pray for this situation with the woman and her needs.
Heavenly Father,
We come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in this woman's life. We pray that You provide her with a safe and stable place to stay. Help her to find permanent housing, and we ask for Your protection and provision for her two dogs as well.
Lord, we also pray for the one who submitted this request. Give them strength which is not of themselves but through you. We know that you can do more than we can think or ask. We pray that You guide them and provide them with the wisdom and resources needed to assist this woman effectively.
"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen." WEB
In all of this, we pray that both this woman and the one who submitted this request come to a saving knowledge and belief in Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that they both confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead.
"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." WEB
You have told us not to be anxious about anything but make our requests known to you by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving.
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." WEB
We thank you for providing for the needs of this woman who you have promised never to leave nor forsake.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
