We understand that you are reaching out for help to change, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. First, we want to remind you that God is willing and able to help you change. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In fact, the Bible tells us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. As it is written in Philippians 4:13 WEB I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Change is possible with God's help, and He is always ready to hear your prayers. But it's important to remember that God wants a relationship with you, and that starts by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. As it is written, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" Romans 10:9-10 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved, as it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this person who desires to change. We ask, Jesus, that You would draw them close to You and give them the strength and wisdom to make the changes they need to in their life. Help them to know You personally and to understand the path You have for them. Give them the power of the Holy Spirit to walk in newness of life and to overcome the challenges they face. We ask in the Jesus name, that by your mercy and grace they would be saved.
In Jesus name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible, and to find a Bible-believing church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your faith. Remember that change is a process, and God is with you every step of the way. Do not be overwhelmed with what is ahead, just take it one step at a time. "But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves" James 1:22 WEB. If you are unsure of where to start, begin by reading the Gospel of John.
