Thank you for bringing this concern to us. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we notice that Jesus is not mentioned or referred to in any way. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We encourage anyone reading this to make sure they have accepted Christ as their Savior. If anyone is unsure of their salvation or relationship with Jesus Christ, the remedy for that is to acknowledge your sin before God, ask Jesus to be your Savior and help you to turn away from anything wrong in your life, and follow Him for the rest of your life. Romans 10:9-10,13 says "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."..."For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Now let us pray for this situation.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for our sister's job interview today. We know You have a plan for each one of us. Guide her with Your wisdom and understanding, and help her to feel at ease as she interviews. We trust You to provide the job You have planned for her. Your Word says in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
If it is Your will for her to have this job, we pray that the interviewers will see her strengths and that the interview will go smoothly. If this job is not part of Your plan, guide her and provide her with the job You have in mind. Help her to trust in You and Your plan for her life.
It is our hope that she has placed her faith in Jesus Christ. If not, we pray that this situation will lead her to seek You and Your will for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
