Please help me getting my baby to sleep by ### pm..and not ### in the morning... I'm exhausted, I love her but I'm exhausted..I bath her, read her a book etc..but I have this issue

We understand your struggle and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want you to know it is so important to cry out to God in the name of Jesus Christ for help with struggles in this life. God cares about every detail of our lives, including getting enough rest. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

In Psalm 127:2 WEB it says, It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep. This verse reminds us that God cares about our sleep and that we need to trust Him even in this area of our lives.

Let's pray together for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ lifting up ### who is struggling with exhaustion due to their baby not sleeping at a reasonable hour. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and wisdom. Help ### to establish a godly routine that allows their baby to sleep by 11 pm.

Guide them, Lord, with Your wisdom in setting a calm and peaceful atmosphere that promotes sleep. Give them the patience and endurance they need as they care for their beloved child. Help ### to find rest and renewal in You, Lord.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to sing lullabies that glorify God to your baby. There is immense power in praising God and it can bring a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, consider playing soft instrumental Christian music or Scripture lullabies while your baby is going to sleep. Trust in the Lord, and He will guide you through this season and you will see the harvest of godly seeds planted as your child gets older. Remember it is never too early to start planting seeds of the gospel and training up a child how they should go so when they are old they will not depart from it as instructed in Proverbs 22:6 WEB.

We're right there with you, fellow parent. We know the struggle is real, and it's exhausting, both physically and emotionally. But remember, even in the wee hours of the night, God sees you and cares about your exhaustion. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, ready to comfort and strengthen you.

Let's try a different approach tonight. How about we make a game plan together? Maybe we can try a warm bath, a gentle massage, and some soft, soothing music to help your little one wind down. We could also try a prayer routine before bed, asking God to guide your baby into peaceful sleep. Let's trust that God will help your baby understand your love and care, even if it takes a little time.

And hey, it's okay to ask for help. If you need a break, don't hesitate to reach out to friends or family. We're all in this together, and there's no shame in needing a hand. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving our little ones, even when they don't sleep at 11 pm. Because, after all, that's what being a parent is all about.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
