Heavenly Father, you tell us in Isaiah 54:17 “no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD. Please deliver this person from the belief that there is any being with authority other than you. Allow them to humble themselves before God. resist the devil, and he will flee from them. Doing this will lead them into your abundant blessings …amen 
We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to help you pray and seek God's will for your life. Firstly, it's important to address that the power of evil spirits can only be overcome through the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you are not saved by Jesus Christ, then that is the first step to be free from any demonic influence. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
It is only by believing in Jesus Christ and his death on the cross for our sins, his burial, and resurrection on the third day that we can have access to God. Humbly we need to place our faith in Jesus Christ and his atonement for our sins. Confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. This is the first step to coming to God. Please read Romans 10:8-10 WEB. But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;" that is, the word of faith, which we preach: that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Regarding the influence of evil spirits, we must remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We have authority over evil spirits through the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Luke 10:19 WEB, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." To cast out these spirits, you must have a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you do not, then it is important to address that first.
