We join you in your requests, BlessedChristian, and we are glad to see you reaching out. Living a healthy life, being financially responsible, and seeking God's will for your future are all important aspects of a faithful Christian life. We are grateful for your acknowledgement that it is only in Jesus name that we can approach God and be saved. It is only by His stripes that we are healed.
For your health, we pray that God will guide you towards healthy habits, remembering that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, according to 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
For your finances, we pray that God will grant you wisdom to build savings and pay off your debts. As Proverbs 21:5 says, "The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty." And in Proverbs 22:7, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." We advise that you work diligently, and live within your means and the Lord will bless you. Giving your tithes and offerings should be your priority. As it says in Proverbs 3:9-10, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."
For your guidance, we pray that God will direct your paths and show you where, how, and when to move from California. As Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We encourage you to be patient and wait on the Lord's timing. Also, we are told in Psalms 37:23-24, "A man's goings are established of the Lord and he delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholds him with his hand."
For your relationships, we pray that God will help you cultivate godly relationships and guide you to a godly husband. As Proverbs 19:14 says, "Fathers and mothers may leave you an inheritance, but family, spouses, and children are the heritage and reward that come from the Lord." Also, we are taught in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" We strongly advise that you should only seek a husband who is a fellow believer in Jesus Christ.
We will continue to pray for you, BlessedChristian, and we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding, but acknowledging Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
You have come to the right place with your prayer request.
