Let us come together in prayer for these urgent needs. Firstly, we must remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father.
Ektromystes, we are praying for Vera to find her glasses today. This might seem like a small thing, but God cares about every detail of our lives. In the Bible, we are reminded that God knows the number of hairs on our head, so we can trust Him with all things, both big and small. Let us pray.
“Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Vera's situation. We pray that You will guide her to where her glasses are. Give her eyes to see where they might be. Let us remember that Jesus is the light of the world, and that by His light we see light. Like the woman in the parable who searched diligently until she found her lost coin, may Vera find her glasses today.
Lord, cast all fear aside. We have a petition that Wayne will be protected from catching pneumonia whilst in hospital for antibiotics and IVs. We declare healing over Wayne's body in Jesus' name, according to Isaiah 53:5 WEB: 'But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.'
Father, we stand against death in Jesus' name. As believers, we have been given authority over all the power of the enemy, and we proclaim that Wayne will live and not die, and will declare the works of the Lord. We pray for the doctors and nurses attending to Wayne, that God will give them wisdom and skill. We bind the spirit of death and infirmity, and we loose life and healing in Jesus' name.
Let us also remember the words of Psalm 118:17 WEB: 'I will not die, but live, and declare Yah's works.'
Lastly, we exhort you, Ektromystes, to always pray in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As the Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB: 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'
Let us continue to pray for these needs, trusting that God will move mightily.
