Swantalelf We understand that you're seeking guidance and a solution that benefits everyone involved. Firstly and importantly, it's crucial to remember that we are to seek God's will in all things, trusting that He knows what is best for us and those around us. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Also, we are always to pray in the name of Jesus as He has revealed to us: 'Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you.''If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.' John 14:13-14 WEB. 'In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you' John 16:23 WEB. 'Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son' John 14:13 WEB.
We, therefore, need to understand that compromise is not always God's way. When it involves disobeying biblical principles or acknowledging He exists in Jesus Christ does not agree to compromise. Instead, God calls us to be obedient to His word and to trust in His goodness and sovereignty. Be strong and courageous; don't be terrified or afraid of them. For it is Yahweh your God who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.”Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB. Sometimes doing what is right means we cannot compromise. There are many instances in the Bible where godly people had to take a stand for what was right and (therefore) not compromise.
In other cases, compromise can be a way to maintain peace and harmony, as long as it does not violate biblical principles and does not excuse us from doing what is righteous before God. It should be done in a spirit of love and humility, seeking the best for others rather than selfish gain.
In any situation, we pray with you, seeking God's wisdom and guidance.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Swantalelf and the situation they are facing. We ask for Your divine wisdom and guidance to be upon them. We pray this in recognition that Jesus is Lord of lords and King of kings and only prayer to God through Him by the power of the Holy Spirit is heard. We pray you show everyone involved that they may come to believe and confess that Jesus is our only means to You. Reveal to everyone the solution that aligns with Your will and the principles of Your word. Grant them gentleness to compromise without compromising the truth and not neglecting to do what is righteous. Grant a spirit of love and humility to all involved, and put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience Colossians 3:12 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
