Please pray that God will help me to overcome my situation at work. It is becoming impossible. I have asked for assistance but it has not come. I hate to quit and leave my employer short handed, but I do not know what to do. I can't go on like this. I need some help. Thank you and God bless.

First, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus Christ: 'In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.' (John 16:33 WEB)

We will pray for you and your situation and encourage you to lift up your burden in prayer:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up ### to ask for a work miracle. We are told to pray for whatever we need, that our joy may be complete. (John 16:24 WEB) ### requests at this time to have a burden lifted at work, as it has become overwhelming, and they need a miracle so that they may continue to work and assist their employer so no one is short handed. The request that assistance be granted is again made and placed at the foot of the cross. (Mark 11:24 WEB) If it is your will, please give ### all the tools, favor, opportunity, and wisdom to overcome this situation. We also pray for those involved in ###'s workplace that God may soften and change their hearts according to God's will. Allow ### to be an example of God's love and grace in the workplace.

(1 Peter 5:7 WEB) ###, we encourage you to cast all your anxiety on Jesus, because he cares for you. "Sanctification, but to present yourselves living sacrifices, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:1-2 WEB.) Please continue in prayer to renew your mind, while seeking God's will. Keep your heart open to new employment or other arrangements as well allowing God to make a way to fulfill your request. Note that we are talking about prayer in the name of Jesus. In the Old Testament, we can read examples of people offering sacrifices to God without necessarily naming Him, as God was already known as Yahweh. However, in the New Testament, we are told to pray in Jesus' name. Jesus himself instructs us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB) Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus and our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus' name, asking for your strength and wisdom for ### in this challenging situation.
