Nelaich, we understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to help you navigate this situation with wisdom and faith. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts.
God has made so many wonderful promises in scripture that He has our best interests in mind.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
God would not want us to be miserable, therefore it would be good to to pray that His will would be done. Even when we don’t understand, God can provide guidance and grace to go through the situation. We are not to seek our will but rather God’s will in Jesus Name.
God has placed instructions and promises for it in scripture.
Don’t be concerned about your own interests, but also be concerned about the interests of others. Love each other with genuine affection, and be eager to show respect for one another. Work hard and do not be lazy in your work. Serve the Lord with a heart full of devotion . Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times.
Rom 12:10-12 GW

Romans 5:4
If it is God's will for you to be at this job, He will provide the strength and grace to endure and even find joy in it. However, it's also possible that God has other plans, and you need to seek His will and will have observations about biblical work situations. Not working or seeking gainful employment is also not biblical. There are many examples in the Bible about being lazy and relying on others to provide for us without any end in sight, for example, Thessalonians.
2 Thessalonians 3:10
For even when we were with you, we used to command you: “If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.”
