Dear God, please help ###. Please end his addiction. Lord, don’t let him lose his home and job again. The situation is so precarious that only you can help. Please put it on his heart to call his parents today. His safety is at risk. Lord, let the Holy Spirit help him to reach out to you and do what is right. He will be ashamed now for falling back into the arms of the enemy. We understand that this is a urgent and delicate situation, and we are with you in spirit, praying for ###. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the Holy Spirit's ability to intercede in even the most challenging circumstances. The Bible tells us in Romans 8:26, "Likewise the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered" (WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the struggle he is facing with addiction, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Help him to break free from this bondage and to find his strength and hope in You. Protect his home and job, Lord, and guide him to make the right decisions.

Father, we ask that You put it on ###'s heart to reach out to his parents today. Soften his heart and remove any shame or fear that may be hindering him. Let him know that he is loved and accepted, and that it is okay to make a wrong choice as long as he chooses to move forward with You. They admitted their mistake and sought forgiveness. Remind him of Your unfailing love and mercy, as shown in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Yahweh's loving kindnesses indeed never cease, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness" (WEB).

Lord, surround ### with Your protection and guide him away from any harm. Let Your Holy Spirit minister to him and draw him closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for ### and to support him in any way you can. Remind him of God's love and forgiveness, and encourage him to seek help and guidance from godly counselors and support groups. The Bible tells us in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts heavy for ###, lifting him up into Your loving care. Lord, You see his struggle, his pain, and his need for Your intervention in this battle against addiction. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Be near to ###, Lord, and let him feel Your presence as he navigates this difficult time.

Father, we ask for Your deliverance over ###’s addiction. Your Word promises in 1 Corinthians 10:13, “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” Provide him with the strength and courage to resist temptation and guide him toward the freedom only You can give.

Lord, his situation is precarious, and his home and job are at risk. Please shield him from further loss and instability. In Your mercy, provide him with protection and provision, just as You promised in Philippians 4:19: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”

We also ask that You place it on ###’s heart to reach out to his parents today. Let him know that he is not alone, that he is loved, and that he will not be judged for his mistakes but welcomed with open arms. Your Word assures us in Luke 15:7, “I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Let him feel that heavenly rejoicing as he turns back toward You and seeks reconciliation and help.

Holy Spirit, work within ###’s heart to stir him toward repentance and renewal. Let him know that even in his shame, You are a God of grace and mercy. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” Help ### take the next step forward, hand in hand with You, Lord, trusting in Your love and guidance.

We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing grace and mercy. You are the God of restoration, and we trust that You will work mightily in ###’s life. May he come to know Your peace, Your healing, and the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
