We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with a foster care child, Zia, in your care. Firstly, we commend you for your compassion and willingness to care for this child, as caring for others is a demonstration of our faith, in Jesus' Name.
The situation you are describing is indeed troubling, and it is clear that there is a spiritual dimension to it. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12. It is important to remember that even children can be influenced by spiritual forces, and Zia may be struggling with this.
First and foremost, we strongly suggest a deliverance, if possible, performed by a qualified Believer. They are able to bring peace to a disturbed child. Matthew 17:21 says But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
The question of finance was also mentioned. One possibility is to ask your state for a financial restoration since they are liable for damage. However, we know ultimately God is our provider. According to Matthew 6:26, Look at the birds of the sky: they do not sow, or reap, or gather into barns. Yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they?
Matthew 6:33 Seek you first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things will be added to you. This is advice on being preoccupied with financial concerns but ultimately if a crime has been committed financial compensation can be sought.
Reproach of Zia can be referred to Romans 13:1 2 which says Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority resists the ordinance of God. They resisting will receive judgment to themselves. Children should be taught the biblical standards that are expected of them. Training should also be given to Zia regarding how to behave, in partucular with the opposite sex. . I Corinthians 6:9 and I Timothy 2:9 has verses that address her false reports, abuse, and dress and appearance to deter adultery. Zia might possibly become the cause of fornication due to false accusations. Also, neglect of sexual temptation is important to foster healthy living and avoid fornication. Specifics to her dress and attire needs to be given to her, if these may also be a cause for her attraction and use of her body for sexual flirting and temptation.
Giving a child up to foster care should be a consideration if at all possible. The child can be severely negatively impacted by abuse. Or for you, the foster care provider there are 10 commandments in which obeying them gives us all that we need in order to not be in a caregiver position over our head. Love God and others. Finally, work 6 days and rest the seventh, so that you will be refilled by the Holy Spirit for the long difficult haul.
Our prayers also focus on Zia, asking God that her demons be cast out and evil broken over her life. Her false reporting must be addressed through repentance of the child and from God. Pray that a God fearing husband and wife can be the permanent parents to make her their own children for all eternity. A loving mother and father who desire a family would be the greatest blessing. Making Zia the God loving child that she already is, in a family of Believers is the greatest hope that could be found. If the greatest wish is for God to find her loving parents, then cast down any false idols to God for your own wishes of success, finances, or fulfilled ambitions. Also, Lord knows of the abuse in her young life. Pray that he will save the child for eternal life and look beyond all the bad things to her untouched good that is in the child somewhere deep in her heart.
Remember, we have authority in the name of Jesus to cast out demons and to pray for healing and deliverance. Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We thank you for your love and compassion, especially for vulnerable children like Zia. We first take authority over any demonic spirits that may be influencing Zia's behavior, causing disruption, and hindering her well-being.
We pray for peace in the household and for unity. Amen.
