We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed with the situations concerning your elderly mom and your daughter. It's commendable that you've taken the first step to seek help in prayer.
Firstly, let's remember what the Scripture says about our roles as children and parents. In Ephesians 6:1-4 WEB, we read, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth. You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."
It's important to honor and care for our parents, even when it feels overwhelming. Also, as parents, we are to guide and nurture our children in the ways of the Lord, not provoking them but instead being examples of God's love and patience.
Regarding your feelings of overwhelm, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

Dear Lord, we come before you lifting up our beloved sister who is feeling overwhelmed with the care of her elderly mother and the upbringing of her daughter. We ask, Lord, that you grant her the wisdom and strength needed to handle these responsibilities.
Help her to remember that you have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Guide her steps and grant her the patience and grace to be a good daughter and a good mother that brings glory to your name.
