We are truly concerned for your spiritual and emotional well-being, dear friend. Firstly, we want to assure you that God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). It's crucial to understand that demons and evil spirits indeed exist, but God has given us authority over them through Jesus Christ.
Let's address your concern directly. The Bible tells us to resist the devil and he will flee from us (James 4:7, WEB). You have the power to rebuke these spirits in Jesus' name. However, we must also examine our hearts and lives to ensure there is no unrepentant sin or ungodly influence allowing such attacks. The Bible teaches us to be sober and self-controlled. "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over ### and their household. We rebuke every demonic and evil spirit that has been harassing them, touching them inappropriately, and causing fear and torment. By the authority given to us in Jesus' name, we command these spirits to leave and never return. Lord, we ask for Your holy angels to encamp around ###, to deliver them from all evil. Help them to trust in You and to walk in Your light, for in Your presence there is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
