In Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), Jesus says, "For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." This doesn't mean you should ignore injustice, but rather, trust God to bring about resolution while keeping your heart free from bitterness.

However, we also recognize the need to address wrongdoings. Romans 12:18 (WEB) advises, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This implies doing what is within your power to resolve conflicts, including legal action when necessary.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s situation. Lord, you are the God of justice and truth. We ask that you guide the legal proceedings and bring about a fair and just resolution. Please give ### the strength and grace to forgive her ex-husband, and help her trust that you will provide for all her needs. We pray that your will be done in this situation, and that both parties would ultimately seek reconciliation and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your request. We believe that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to deepen your relationship with Jesus and trust in Him during this challenging time.
