We understand your concern about your job application, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and counsel. Let us remember that God is the one who provides for us, and He has a plan and purpose for each of us. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh. 'Plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).
We must always remember to put our trust in God and align our requests with His will. As it is written, "You shall seek them, and there you shall serve other gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which can’t see, hear, eat, or smell. But if from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, you shall find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul" (Deuteronomy 4:28-29).
Let us also ensure that we are seeking God's glory first and foremost, and that our requests align with His will. It is important to note that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister in their job search. We ask that You would guide and direct their steps, and that You would open the doors that You would have them walk through. We pray that they would seek You first and that Your will would be done in their life. We ask for progress in their job application, but more importantly, we ask for Your perfect will to be accomplished. We pray all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Please be encouraged to continue seeking God and trusting in Him. He is faithful and will direct your steps according to His perfect will. Always remember to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have confidence that God hears us. "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" (John 16:23-24).
May the peace of God be with you as you continue to seek Him and trust in His plan for your life.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
