First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." We pray that God would heal this relationship and grant both of you understanding, forgiveness, and love for one another. May He remind you of the importance of reconciliation and guide your conversations and actions towards peace.
Concerning your friend's financial situation, we should remember the words of Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Instead of focusing on wealth, let's pray that your friend seeks God's kingdom first, and that God provides for their needs according to His riches in glory.

About your land sale, remember Proverbs 16:3 (WEB), "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We pray that God's will be done in this matter. If it is His plan for you to sell the land and move, may He open the doors and guide your steps.
