Let's agree with Joseph Gelli in prayer for Kensem, Busqueoficioin, and aurora2024. "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven" (Matt 18:19). Trusting God's guidance, healing, and peace. Keep believing!
We understand the cry of your heart and the struggles you're facing due to the pandemic and economic hardships. Firstly, let us remind you of God's steadfast love and care for you, as He promises in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Though it may not seem clear right now, God is working in your situation.
However, we want to gently address the phrase "you have made us suffer for nothing." It's important to remember that God is not the author of evil or suffering. James 1:13 tells us, "Let no man say when he is tempted, 'I am tempted by God,' for God can't be tempted by evil, and he himself doesn't tempt anyone." Suffering is often a result of the fallen nature of the world, and God can use these trials to draw us closer to Him and shape us into the image of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is struggling with the current circumstances. Lord, You know the pain and frustration they are going through. Please reveal Your plan and purpose in this situation. Comfort them with Your love and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God and His will during this time. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. Trust that He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you. As Psalm 46:1 reminds us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
