Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words from Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of being anxious, let's commit your job search into God's hands.
However, we also want to remind you that God's timing is not always aligned with ours. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB), "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heavens." While you're waiting, let's pray that God prepares the right opportunity for you, and that you would also be prepared for it.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother/sister who is anxiously waiting for an answer from hiring managers and recruiters. Lord, we ask that you comfort their heart and calm their spirit. We pray that you will hasten the process according to your will, and that the right job will be given to them at the right time. In the meantime, help them to trust in you and your timing. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in him, and he will make your paths straight.
