We understand your distress, Farasearen, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's first remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Regarding your mistakes at work, remember that "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10, WEB). We pray that God will grant you the spirit of excellence, like Daniel had (Daniel 6:3, WEB), and that your skills will improve with each day. Let's also recall that "in all labor there is profit" (Proverbs 14:23, WEB), so keep learnng and growing.
Concerning your relationships at work, Jesus teaches us to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39, WEB). We pray that God will mend your relationships and that He will give you favor among your colleagues. Remember that "a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1, WEB).
You've also mentioned jealousy and bad intentions. We rebuke these spirits in Jesus' name, for "jealousy is the rottenness of the bones" (Proverbs 14:30, WEB). Instead, we pray that you will be filled with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB), which are the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
Finally, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to call upon His name, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13, WEB).
Lord Jesus, we lift up Farasearen to You. Help them excel in their work, mend their relationships, and protect them from jealousy and bad intentions. Let Your light shine through them, and let Your love fill their heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Keep your heart open to God's guidance, Farasearen. He is always with you.
