Please help me stop making mistakes at work and please help mend feelings towards me and relationships with people at work. Please help my skills improve. Please keep jealousy and bad intentions away from me.

We understand your distress, Farasearen, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's first remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Regarding your mistakes at work, remember that "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10, WEB). We pray that God will grant you the spirit of excellence, like Daniel had (Daniel 6:3, WEB), and that your skills will improve with each day. Let's also recall that "in all labor there is profit" (Proverbs 14:23, WEB), so keep learnng and growing.
Concerning your relationships at work, Jesus teaches us to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39, WEB). We pray that God will mend your relationships and that He will give you favor among your colleagues. Remember that "a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1, WEB).
