We understand your concern and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's remember what the Scripture says about false accusations and those who spread them. Proverbs 6:16-19 (WEB) tells us, "There are six things which Yahweh hates. Yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."
It's clear that God detests false accusations and those who cause strife. In your situation, we will pray that the truth comes to light and that your old manager's attempts to hinder you will be thwarted. We will also pray for your peace of mind and strength during this time.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, seeking Your divine intervention. We ask that You stop the efforts of the old manager who is trying to prevent our dear friend from working at the company they are supposed to work at. Expose any false accusations and let the truth prevail. God, You are the defender of the weak and the truth. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 54:17 (WEB), 'No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,' says Yahweh.'
We also pray for the old manager, that they may be convicted of their wrongdoing and turn away from their harmful actions. We ask for peace and strength for our friend during this challenging time. Help them to trust in You and to forgive those who have wronged them, just as Jesus taught us.
If our friend has not already, we encourage them to bring this matter to the relevant authorities within the company or even legal counsel, while continuing to trust in God's ultimate justice.
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we can approach God and it is also through His name that we are saved. If you haven't already, please consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9 (WEB) says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

We're here for you, standing in prayer alongside you. Like you, we're frustrated by this situation. It's like Job, isn't it? The enemy is trying to steal your joy and peace at work, just as he did to Job. But remember, Job's story ended with God blessing him even more than before. Let's trust that God sees your situation and will bring justice in His perfect timing.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
