I would like prayers that I have favor with my coworkers. I have ### that upset me yesterday to the point of tears. They can be mean spirited and talk about others behind their back. I am dreading going into work today because of what happened yesterday. I need this job and I have to stay but I need help with my coworkers to make a better environment.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's Word. In Romans 12:18, the WEB tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Also, in Matthew 5:44, Jesus says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

###, remember that God has placed you where you are for a purpose. It could be that He wants to use you to bring light and love into that environment. Continue to lean on Him and fill your heart with His love. Respond with kindness and gentleness, as it says in 1 Peter 3:9, "Not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; instead blessing; knowing that you were called to this: that you should inherit a blessing."

Lastly, we notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it's through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It's in His name that we find salvation and have the assurance that God hears our prayers.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
