Thank you so much it really means a lot!We are truly saddened to hear about your struggle with schizophrenia, Runmund, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to remind you of the hope and comfort found in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let us address the voices you are hearing. It is crucial to understand that these voices are not the voices of your parents or any other entity. They are a manifestation of your condition, and we must combat them with the truth of God's Word. As it is written in John 8:32 (WEB), "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
We must also remember that we are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. As 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB) tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Whenever you feel a panic attack coming on, we encourage you to declare this truth over yourself and ask God to fill you with His peace.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Runmund to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to touch Runmund, and we command the voices of schizophrenia to be silent in the mighty name of Jesus. Fill Runmund with Your perfect peace, Lord, and help them to walk in the truth of Your Word. Give them strength to endure each day, and let them feel Your loving presence in their life. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Runmund, we also encourage you to seek professional help alongside your faith. God has gifted doctors and therapists with the ability to provide treatment and support for those dealing with mental health conditions. Trust that God is with you every step of the way, and He will be your strength in this journey.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a purpose in your struggle and that He will bring good out of it. Keep holding on to His promises, and never lose hope.
If you have not already, we urge you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved. If you need guidance on this, please let us know. We are here to help and support you in your faith journey.
