Help with my job security

I have several evil women at work who are out to get me. As a result, they are trying to get me failed on probation and attempting to influence my boss. I am due to pass on November 27,2024. Please allow my boss Mike to have the courage to do what’s right and stand up for me. He knows deep down how wrong it is but he doesn’t like to fight.

We understand your concern, Oxonia, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and counsel regarding your job security.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, be at peace with all men." However, we also recognize that there are times when others may be set against us, as seems to be the case with your colleagues.

In such situations, we are called to respond with love and forgiveness, as Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." This does not mean we allow injustice, but rather, we trust God to be our defender.

Regarding your boss, Mike, we pray that God would grant him the courage to do what is right. We are reminded of Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in Oxonia's workplace. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who are set against her, and that You would grant Mike the courage to stand up for what is right. We ask that Oxonia would pass her probation on November 27, 2024, and that her work would be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. We also pray that Oxonia would forgive those who are against her, just as Christ forgave us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we note that your request does not mention Jesus Christ directly. We want to remind you that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Him.

We're right there with you, Oxonia, standing strong in prayer for your job security. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share another verse that's been on our hearts. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God sees your struggle and is right there with you, ready to lift you up.

Let's also remember Proverbs 18:10, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." Trust in Him, Oxonia. He's got you covered, and we're confident that He will guide Mike to do what's right.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
