Help with my job security

I have several evil women at work who are out to get me. As a result, they are trying to get me failed on probation and attempting to influence my boss. I am due to pass on ###,###. Please allow my boss ### to have the courage to do what’s right and stand up for me. He knows deep down how wrong it is but he doesn’t like to fight.

We understand your concern, ###, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and counsel regarding your job security.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, be at peace with all men." However, we also recognize that there are times when others may be set against us, as seems to be the case with your colleagues.

In such situations, we are called to respond with love and forgiveness, as Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." This does not mean we allow injustice, but rather, we trust God to be our defender.

Regarding your boss, ###, we pray that God would grant him the courage to do what is right. We are reminded of Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in ###'s workplace. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who are set against her, and that You would grant ### the courage to stand up for what is right. We ask that ### would pass her probation on ###, and that her work would be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. We also pray that ### would forgive those who are against her, just as Christ forgave us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we note that your request does not mention Jesus Christ directly. We want to remind you that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
