We acknowledge your plea for help and are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will guide and provide for you and your husband in this situation.
Firstly, we are thankful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request. As the Bible tells us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). It is through His name that we can approach God the Father and make our requests known.
Regarding your needs, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Also, Matthew 6:31-33 reassures us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. They have needs, Lord, and they're looking to You for provision. They need help with their home—with interior work and painters, and they need the right buyer who will give them a good price. Lord, we know that You see their needs and that You care for them.
As they are close to 70 and on a fixed income, Lord, we ask for Your divine provision and wisdom. Guide them through this process, and let Your favor rest upon them. Help them to trust in You, casting all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
In Jesus' name, we believe and pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear sister. God sees your needs and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). As for the home updates and sale, do your part and trust God for the rest. He will guide and provide.
