We are glad that you have reached out with your struggle to do God's will. It's important to remember that as believers, we all face this challenge, but God is always ready to help us. In fact the Bible assures us of God's help in Jesus. Recall this scripture maybe using it as a declaration, "For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for his good pleasure." in Phillipians 2:13 WEB. Let's begin by thanking God and praying that He would guide you and strengthen you to accomplish His will.
**Prayer:** Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for your unfailing love and mercy. We praise you for your servant ### who comes before your presence. Lord, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ that you would bless our precious servant and fill them with the Holy Spirit."
We should be able to say with the psalmist, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Psalm 119:105 WEB. This tells us that a way to know God's will is learning in His Holy Word. So studying the Bible regularly can be a first step, not just reading but meditating on His word as well. A helpful reference is Josh 1:8.
In addition, God can directly tell us His purpose through prayer and His Holy Spirit. Sometimes He uses our circumstances and purposes us as a witness to others who do not know Him. But this will be more important when we have reached maturity and done more study of the Word.
Remember in Jesus' earthly ministry, Jesus Christ in his humanity also faced challenges praying about what God wanted. Notably in Gesthemane where in prayer He confessed "not my will, but yours, be done.” Luke 22:42 WEB. It's a good scripture to remember. Clearly, perseverance in God's will is a life purpose. "May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven," from Matthew 6:10 WEB we are hoping for a better Kingdom. So for us, our purpose as believers is to follow Christ and bring the Kingdom to Earth with us. To reflect on Christ and live in a way that pleases God and in turn receive God's purpose.
Therefore let us pray... Dear Heavenly Father, we pray for our precious servant to pursue your purpose, and to live in a form that pleases you, and to reflect on Christ in all their ways. Father we pray for them to access your will, and bring your Kingdom upon them, as they have prayed in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen & Amen.
We know That the world will try and pull us away from God's will, however our Sacrifice which is Jesus Christ paid a high price to keep us on the right path with our Heavenly Father. Continue to trust in God, and remember that His will is always good, acceptable, and perfect Romans 12:2 WEB.
Lastly, we must testify to the words of the Apostle Paul that say " Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks" 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB. And so we pray...
**Prayer:** Dear Heavenly father, we pray for your precious son or daughter ### to rejoice always, to not cease praying and to give thanks in any and every situation that you present them with. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
Shalom.
