Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Now, let's turn to the Scriptures for encouragement and guidance. In Psalm 33:3 WEB, we are encouraged to "Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a loud noise." This verse highlights the importance of developing our musical skills for the Lord. Additionally, in Colossians 3:16 WEB, we are told to "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord."
To address your specific requests, we will pray for your vocal and guitar skills, and provide some biblical insights and practical advice.
As you seek to develop a better voice and vibrato, remember that your talents are a gift from God and should be used to glorify Him. In 1 Peter 4:10-11 WEB, we read: "As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms. If anyone speaks, let it be as it were the very words of God. If anyone serves, let it be as of the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen."
Practically, consider seeking out vocal and guitar lessons to improve your skills. Also, join worship teams and practice regularly to gain experience and confidence.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to serve You better through music. Lord, we ask that You grant them the ability to sing with a more skilled voice and vibrato. Guide their hands as they play the electric guitar, and help them to develop their skills to serve You better during worship at church.
Father, we pray that their talents will be used to glorify Your name and draw others closer to You. Help them to find the right resources and people to learn from, and grant them the discipline and patience needed to improve their skills.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to practice and seek the Lord's guidance as you develop your musical abilities. Trust in His timing and remain patient as you grow in your skills. We will keep you in our prayers and believe that God will use your talents for His glory.
