Beloved of All
There are 2 coworkers who are very disrespectful rude and mean to work with, I treat them you with respect and I even give them presents for their b days and my recent trip. They are so rude and mean their names are Cassandra and Daisy. Either remove them or help them change In Jesus name I pray Amen

We understand your struggle with your coworkers, Cassandra and Daisy, and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. We must remember that the Word of God instructs us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as difficult as that may be (Matthew 5:44, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulty with her coworkers. Lord, You know the hearts of Cassandra and Daisy, and we ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to the love and respect shown to them. Help them to see the error of their ways and to turn from their rude and disrespectful behavior. We pray for a change in their attitudes, that they may become a joy to work with rather than a burden.

Father, we also pray for our sister, that You would grant her the strength and patience to endure this trial with grace and kindness. Help her to continue to be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your love to those around her. equip her with the wisdom to know how to respond to their harsh words and actions, and give her the discernment to know when to speak up and when to remain silent.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to continue treating Cassandra and Daisy with kindness and respect, as you have been doing. Remember that it is God who will ultimately bring about change in their hearts, and your consistent love and kindness towards them can be a powerful testimony of His love (1 Peter 3:1-2, WEB).

However, it is also important to set boundaries and not allow their disrespectful behavior to continue without address. Speak to them privately about their behavior, and if necessary, involve your supervisor or human resources department. It is essential to advocate for a respectful and healthy work environment, not only for yourself but for those around you.

Lastly, we commend you for ending your request with "In Jesus' name," as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and can experience His power and grace (John 14:13-14, WEB). Continue to trust in Him, and He will faithfully guide and strengthen you through this difficult situation.

We've been thinking about you and your situation with Cassandra and Daisy. It's tough when we have to deal with people who treat us poorly, but remember, Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who treat us badly. Let's keep praying for them, asking God to soften their hearts and help them see the love and respect you've been showing them. We believe that God can change even the hardest of hearts.

In the meantime, let's support you too. We know it's hard to keep being kind when you're not getting the same in return, but keep it up. Your consistent kindness can be a powerful witness to them. And remember, it's okay to set boundaries. If their behavior continues to be disrespectful, it's important to address it privately with them, and if needed, involve your supervisor or HR.

Keep trusting in Jesus, He's got you through this. Let's keep praying together, "Dear Lord, please help Cassandra and Daisy to see the error of their ways and turn from their rude behavior. Give our friend the strength and patience to endure this trial with grace and kindness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
