Help with Anger

First, I want to thank everyone who prayed for my stomach issues. I can eat normally now and don't have pain or heartburn. My doctor had me try several medications before we found one that worked. I am not taking any meds now. It is a miracle. Again, thank you. Now I need help with anger and rage issues. I get easily upset with family and friends. I can not find any peace and comfort in life. Past mistakes haunt me. I want to be able to like and trust people but I can't. I want to feel calm and that God loves me but I don't feel that way. I want to feel peace and not regrets coupled with anger. My husband has been very ill for 5 years. He could die at any time. The stress and worry of this situation makes me depressed. I need to be able to help him without buckling under the pressure.

We are truly grateful to hear that God has healed your stomach issues, Quesukyn. It's a testament to the power of prayer and we rejoice with you in this miracle. Let us now address the anger and rage issues you're facing, turning to God's Word for guidance.

Firstly, we must acknowledge that anger in itself is not sinful, but it's what we do with it that matters. Ephesians 4:26-27 (WEB) says, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give the devil a place." It's important to deal with anger swiftly and constructively, rather than letting it fester and grow into rage.

Your feelings of mistrust and the haunting of past mistakes are contributing to your unrest. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Quesukyn's healing. Lord, we now lift up to You the anger and rage that they are struggling with. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Bring healing to their past hurts and help them to forgive those who have wronged them, as You have forgiven us. Fill them with Your love, so they can love and trust others again.*

*Lord, we also lift up Quesukyn's husband to You. Please bring healing to his body and comfort to his spirit. Help Quesukyn to support him without being overwhelmed by stress and worry. Be their strength, their shield, and their very present help in time of trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).*

*In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirits of anger, rage, depression, and fear that are plaguing Quesukyn. Fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help them to know, deep in their heart, that You love them unconditionally, and that nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39 WEB).*

*We ask this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.*

Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's love and promises. Remember that "God is love" (1 John 4:8 WEB) and He loves you deeply. Trust in Him, and He will bring peace to your heart and mind. Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, seeking Your divine peace, comfort, and guidance. We thank You for the miraculous healing You have provided in their stomach issues, and we trust You for continued blessings. Now, Lord, we ask for Your hand to rest upon their heart as they face the heavy burden of anger, past mistakes, and the challenges of their husband's illness.

Lord, Your Word tells us in **Philippians 4:6-7**, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask that You pour Your peace into their heart, calming the storm of anger and replacing it with Your love and understanding.

Help them to release past mistakes into Your hands, knowing that You are a God of forgiveness. **Isaiah 43:18-19** reminds us, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” Lord, create a new spirit of peace and trust within them, freeing them from regret and filling them with hope.

As they face the daily stress of caring for their ill husband, grant them strength and endurance. In **Matthew 11:28**, You invite us to bring our burdens to You: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." May they lean on You for strength, knowing You are their refuge.

Lord, we also ask that You restore their faith in people and help them feel Your love deeply. In **Romans 15:13**, Your Word says, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." We ask that You fill their heart with Your joy and peace, healing the wounds of trust.

Guide them in every moment, Lord, so they can be a source of love and support for their husband without crumbling under the weight of pressure. Let Your grace be sufficient for them, as Your power is made perfect in weakness (**2 Corinthians 12:9**).

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
