Let us come together and lift up ### and her husband in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in their lives.
Firstly, it is wonderful that ### acknowledges the power of Jesus in her request. For the Bible tells us that "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray, for "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (John 14:13, WEB). We are excited to pray with ### and her husband in Jesus name!
Let us pray for ### and her husband, that they would trust in the Lord with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding. For in all their ways, if they acknowledge Him, He will make their paths straight. That they would not be wise in their own eyes, but fear the Lord and depart from evil. That health would be theirs and that they would be blessed with prosperity. (Proverbs 3:5-8).
Let us pray for ###'s husband, that he would be able to secure the fitness certificate from the hospital. We pray for complete healing and restoration of his health, for God to strengthen him both physically and emotionally. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life, knowing that by His stripes, we are healed. We pray for God's favor upon him, that he would be able to join back on duty, and that God would provide for all their financial needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Isaiah 53:5, Philippians 4:19, WEB).
We also lift up ###'s work situation before the Lord. We pray that ### would be understanding and considerate, and that he would sanction her leaves. We pray for God to touch his heart and give him discernment and empathy. We pray for God to help ### be able to prove herself, and that He would be her strength in Jesus name. (Philippians 4:13).
Lastly, let us encourage ### and her husband to continue to put their trust in the Lord, knowing that He cares for them. Let them cast all their anxieties on Him, for He cares for them. Let them draw near to God, and He will draw near to them. (1 Peter 5:7, James 4:8, WEB).
Father, we come before You, lifting up ### and her husband. We ask for Your healing touch upon his life, that You would restore his health and strength. Help him to secure the fitness certificate and be able to resume his duties. Touch ###'s heart, Lord, that he may understand and approve ###'s leaves. Help them, Lord, to be able to prove themselves, and help them financially and emotionally. Let them know that You are their strength and their portion. Let them fix their eyes on You.
